Sketchbook pages

I like the idea of things being incomplete and so usually when i sit and draw i tend to miss out some details and leave things as shapes or lines. Here are some examples..


I often do quick doodles and sketches of things, mainly in continuous line. Here are some photos I took of old sketchbook pages.

Just a drawing of some guy called Malcolm who posed for our drawing lesson. We had to draw him in several different ways. This was done with pencil on a long bamboo cane.

The first half of the illustraion project, 'sequential art'. My work has been based on the question 'when will i get mine'. The other half of the sequence will be posted soon.
